Jecture is a consulting studio focused on accessibility, inclusive design, and user research. We work with organizations that want to do better—for their users, their teams, and their communities. Whether you’re launching a new product, refining an interface, or trying to understand how your service works for people with disabilities, we can help you make it not just compliant, but exceptional.

What We Do

We offer three core services:

  • Accessibility Audits – A deep evaluation of your product using WCAG and other standards, with actionable fixes and clear prioritization.
  • Accessibility Reviews – A focused, fast-turnaround look at your product’s top issues—great for teams who need quick clarity.
  • Consulting & Support – Custom engagements where we advise, teach, test, and design alongside your team.

Coming soon, we’ll also be offering tools and kits for designers and developers—including accessibility checklists, design documentation aids, and other helpful resources.

Why We Exist

We believe accessibility is more than a checklist. It’s about dignity, usability, and making sure your product works for everyone. We started Jecture because we saw too many companies treat accessibility as an afterthought—or worse, as an obstacle. We help you build it in from the start.

Who We Are

Jecture was founded by Brad Cooper, a UX researcher, accessibility advocate, and systems thinker with over a decade of experience. Brad has helped teams—from small businesses to national brands—embed accessibility into their design systems, processes, and cultures.
